 Cool your drinks quickly
Right! so you need the warm bottles or cans cooled quickly but even if you have a freezer which you dont, it would take at least an hour. So what can you do, well get a bucket or plastic container and half fill it with water. Then chuck a load of ice cubes in it and finally about 1kg of cheap salt. The salt will lower the temp of the water to around -16 and will cool your drinks in no time. In fact the water will remain that cold for around 24 hours

 Use a checklist
There is nothing worse than arriving at your campsite only to discover you forgot your toothbrush (or the loo roll!). So always write out a checklist of all the items you will need to take and ‘tick’ them off as you pack each item. When you are leaving the campsite ‘tick’ everything off again so you don’t leave anything behind.

 Clear the area!
Before pitching your tent or awning always ensure the ground is free of stones, sticks or any other objects that may either damage your groundsheet or cause discomfort whilst sleeping.

 Corkscrew!
Make sure you take a corkscrew! No seriously make sure you take a corkscrew. My partner can open a bottle of wine with his thumb, but i suspect that a lot of people will not be able to do that. Thanks - Stephy

 Wine for supper!
There have been many discussions with regards to drinking whilst you are parked up for the night. A problem exists where you can be nicked for being drunk in charge of a vehicle. The easiest way of getting around this is to hide your keys away from your bus out the way of policeman’s eyes. If are asked where they are all you have to say is that you do not have them, however stupid you feel. Remember, it is not against the law not to have your keys. And remember do not show the keys to anybody no matter how much pressure you are put under.

 Central Heating
This may be a little dangerous! Get a firebrick out of an old storage heater and in the winter times you can put it on top of the stove. turn the gas on (and light it), for about 20 mins-then turn off. The brick will give off dry heat all night!

 Automatic Washing Machine!
Get a large cool box which are useful anyway and wedge it between the two front seats of your camper. Half fill with water, add some washing powder, stick in your washing and drive for 2 or 3 hours. Hey presto, clean washing that just needs to be rinsed!
