Hi guys my name is Dave Young I am part of the
www.moormusicfestival.co.uk team, one of the organizers and myself are both proud owners of early Bay Window campers, a 1970 Dormobile and a 1968 Panel Van.
The Festival is in its 4th year and is growing rapidly; the location is Ilkley Moor West Yorkshire.. The date is 7th 8th 9th August.
We have just had a feature in the Guardian newspaper as one of the top 20 small U.K festivals (2500 people) the line up for this year is awesome including The Utah Saints, Long Blondes and Forward Russia plus many more top acts.. The festival is child friendly and we welcome families.
We are currently developing the festival to incorporate our love of vw's and the people who drive them, so this year we are planning to hold a Show and Shine Competition at the festival.
We are looking for entrants who would be willing to bring their VW's to show, we can offer FREE weekend festival tickets and a secure area to camp etc to entrants....
PLEASE NOTE Beetle owners will have a secure fenced area to camp
