Hi everyone, I was wondering if drum brakes from a 69 bay window will fit on my 64 standard? I know the shoes will fit but what about drums themselves?
Thanks

1964 to 1970 model front brake drums are the same.1964 to 1967 model rear brake drums are the same.
I learned that bay window rear brake drums wouldn't fit on 1964 to 1967 stub axles when CIP sent me a set of bay window ones by mistake: the inner side of the hub was about an inch too short from reaching the spacer on the stub axle

bummer about the rear drums, does anyone know the max diameter you can turn a 64-47 big nut drum?

All '64 to '67 drums start out 9.85 inches. You can go to 9.902 safely. I've run 10.1's without any explosions but they get warped coming down from the Sierra's if you don't use lower gears.
