I have taken out my bay window and made good the surround, has anyone got any tips when putting it back in with the deluxe seal?

Do i need any tools etc?

The only tip I had is to use some washing up liquid to help you pop it back in

Agree washing up liquid and also I used to use an old length of washing line, string breaks btw.

oh and probably best to do it on a warm day, metal  and rubber expands, I hear they are a bugger to get in once you take em out-  got mine to do soon

well i did it this morning in about 1 and 1/2 hours, not to hard, put the rubber on the glass first then put it against the van after leaving it in the sun for and hour to hear up the seal to make it easy to play with.

put the ends in first then the bottom then the top, no special tools or washing liquid required.

windows can be hard to fit on buses u will need a tool for puting in the chrome filler on the delux rubbers. use at least 5mm rope to pull the windows and washing up liquid the best way is to mix sum with water and use a water sprayer, fit these most days and you do get the odd one that will brake,
