I've recently purchased a 1971 bay window imported from america, it has hook up facility's but it's the american type 110v, just wondered if there any 240v replacemant units i can get anywhere?

Probably best to get a complete UK spec kit from a caravan shop, or Just Kampers or someplace online, and change the lot over. Fairly easy job, but as its mains 240v, get pro help if you are unsure of anything.
