Hi Everybody,

I have just got a 1973 type2 bus and its got a 1600cc in it, but I have have been speaking to a couple of people and they have told me that I would need to change the engine if I wanted to travel alot in it as this one is under powered.

So if anyone can answer the points below I would be very grateful

What size is best
Can any other car engine be used
Does it have to have a oil cooler if a stay with a air cooled one (if I'm towing a trailer)

and any other information you think may help me

it depends on how much you want to spend. if you want to spend less then the price of a new car then i would contact Jake at massivetype4.com. his camper special is pricey but you will love it
