I am looking to buy a new van and i am not sure what conversion i should get. Most people seem to think that the Westfalia conversion is the best but i have had so much conflicting information on the Web What i need to know is what is the best conversion and how much i should pay. Thanks for any help in advance Wendy |

Well this is a huge subject and one that is very difficult to answer. When it concerns the conversions most people seem to revere the Westy and these will command the most money. For a good one i would expect to pay around 7k. For an imaculate one with a tracable history you should expect to pay up around 10-12k these days. I know its depressing! 5 years ago they would be half that! Persoanlly i prefoer the classic Deveon Moonraker, better pop top (full length), and better lines when closed. A good one will cost you 5-7k and an imaculate one about 8-10k. So they are slightly less expensive than Westy's. Hope that helps |
