The production figures stated below form the whole production figures for all Volkswagen Buses over both Split Screen and Bay Window models. They are broken down in to figures for the different model types such as Kombi, Doulble Cab Pickup, Single Cab Pickup, Ambulance, Microbus, Samba and Panel Van.

1949 - 1967: Production Figures for the Split Screen Volkswagen Bus

This article outlines the production figure for Volkswagen Buses that where rolled off the production lines in Germany between 1949 - 1967.  The table is broken down into figures for each of the VW model types, including;Panel Van, Kombi, Microbus, Samba, Single Cab Pickup and Ambulance.

Please note that the 1967 figures represent the total added production figures for the early Splitscreen models and the latter Bay Window Volkswagen Buses for that year.
