The table below represents most (if not all), of the model numbers and their variants for Volkswagen Camper & Buses between 1950-1967. These are generally known as the "Splitscreen" buses. Thanks Class Campers.

Model Descriptions

Panel Van	A commercial vehicle with a load area inside its main body
Pick-Up	A commercial vehicle with a flatbed load area with hinged sides and back for easy access
Crew Cab	The same as a Pick-Up, but has a double cab area with a side door for passengers
Kombi	Panel Van with windows, supplied empty for camping conversions and other uses
Microbus	A standard passenger vehicle supplied either as a 7, 8 or 9 seater
Deluxe	A vehicle with better quality trim, (extra windows).
Samba	A Microbus Deluxe, the top of the range passenger carrier (highest trim level).
